Cancellation Policy

Protect the session.
Respect the schedule.

With at least 48 hours of notice, you may request one no-cost reschedule, receive full studio credit or cancel. When a refund returns to the original payment method, non-returned payment-processing costs may be deducted where permitted.

Less than 48 hours

The payment is non-refundable. Exceptional studio credit or a new date remains at YNZ Studio’s discretion.

Late arrival and no-show

Late arrival does not extend the confirmed end time or reduce the price. A no-show is treated as a late cancellation.

Studio cancellation

If YNZ Studio cancels, you may choose a new date or a full refund.
